Our Center

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Raleigh accommodates 174 patients and residents. We provide short-term rehabilitation – including physical, occupational, and speech therapies – as well as long-term nursing services. We specialize in neurological disorders, complex diabetes treatment, amputation recovery, and pain management. We also welcome short stays (respite care). Transportation services are available for physician appointments and dialysis treatments. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans.

Our center is conveniently located inside the beltline on Wade Avenue with easy access to I-40 and the I-440 loop. We have 23 of the largest private rooms in the area.
